Flexibility


This class focuses on building the physical foundation every athlete needs to succeed. Athletes will work on core strength, endurance, balance, and overall body control while improving flexibility for jumps, stunts, and tumbling. Proper technique and injury prevention are emphasized to help athletes perform at their highest level safely.

Tumbling class is designed to develop and perfect individual floor skills. Athletes will work on everything from basic rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills like handsprings, tucks, and layouts. Instruction is tailored to each athlete’s level, with a strong focus on technique, progression, and confidence.

This class focuses on building and mastering stunting skills in a safe and controlled environment. Athletes will learn proper grips, body positions, timing, and teamwork required for partner stunts, pyramids, and basket tosses. Emphasis is placed on communication, trust, and technique to safely progress skills.
